We provided a website where sales consultants in retail stores can log their Alcatel One Touch sales to claim commissions. The site features gamification mechanics to drive engagement and increase sales incentive. The head office can manage the logged sales and link commissions to directly to the sales consultant’s bank account with minimal admin.
